The Counter Drone At The Dubai Air Show, Shows The UAE's Interest In This Capability.

  DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - Since the 2021 Dubai Airshow, November 14-18, strikes against unmanned aerial Aircrafts have been a reality, but not as much as drones. Two drone operators unveiled at the event demonstrating the UAE's interest in this technology. Emirati International Golden Group unveils Israel's Skylock system, which has been tested in the United Arab Emirates. Fortem announced on the show that by integrating new movies into SkyDome, the system can now handle the UAV threat separately as group 2 and group 3. This means that from 2015 the system can now target drones weighing more than 1,320 pounds. Ministry of Defense report on unmanned aircraft systems.
