Rafale: Defsys said that 50 replicas were provided to the aircraft maker.

The statement was in response to the release of a report. Dassault stated that the money was used to pay for a replica of the model, but did not provide evidence to the French anti-corruption agency.

Defsys Solutions Pvt Ltd was designated as the recipient of Dassault Aviation’s 1 million euros in French media reports. The company said in a statement on Tuesday that it had provided aircraft manufacturers with copies of 50 Rafale fighters.

"This is in response to completely unfounded, unfounded and misleading claims that appeared in some parts of the media, suggesting that Defsys has never provided copies of 50 Rafale aircraft models," Defsys said. "Delivery challenges, electronic invoices and GST returns related to such deliveries have been formally filed with the relevant authorities."

The publication Mediapart reported that Dassault stated that the money was used to cover the cost of replicas of the model, but did not provide evidence to the French anti-corruption agency. “Dassault Group was unable to provide AFA (French Anti-Corruption Agency) with a document certifying the existence and delivery of these models, and there was not even a photo. Therefore, the inspectors suspected that this was a fake purchase and was designed to hide hidden financial transactions. "He said.
